Effective immediately, EFP will no longer be seeing new Worker’s Compensation injuries. If you suffer an accident or injury that happens at work, please visit Occupational Medicine at UHS or Lourdes for care. If you need immediate medical care, please go to an Emergency Room or other Urgent Care facility. If you are already under the care of your primary care provider at EFP and need follow up care, please call our office to arrange for continuation of your care. As always, it is our privilege to be your primary care provider!
