Patient Portal
Pay your bill online through the Patient Portal. With the Patient Portal, you can view your statements, pay your balance, and save your credit card information for future easy payments. It’s secure and simple.
Credit Card on File
We also offer Credit Card on File. When you sign up for Credit Card on File, you give us permission to automatically charge your card once a month for any balance due up to $100. This is also known as an automatic payment plan. If your balance due is less than $100, you will only be charged for the amount due. If it’s more than $100, then the next month we will auto-charge your card again until the balance is paid in full. Of course, if a different amount works better for you and your budget, then we are happy to work with you to make an arrangement that meets your needs. Ask to sign up at your next visit. Financial Policy
EFP’s Financial Policy is designed to help you understand the billing and financial services that EFP offers, as well as your role in your medical billing and payment process. Our billing department can answer any questions about charges or your balance.
