Guest Pay

You can pay a bill online through our secure bill pay without logging into your patient portal. 

You can make a payment for your own bill or a child, other family member, or someone you are responsible for. You will need the account number, date of birth, and address for the person you are paying on behalf of. The account number can be found on your billing statement. There must be a balance on the account in order to make a payment.

 Once you have made your payment, you can choose to print or email a receipt.

Text to Pay

Endwell Family Physicians offers Text to Pay services. You can receive your bill by text or e-mail sent to the contact number or e-mail address on file with our office. The message will contain an image of your statement and a link to pay your bill. You will not have to log in to your patient portal to pay this statement.

Patient Portal

Pay your bill online through the Patient Portal.  With the Patient Portal, you can view your statements, pay your balance, and save your credit card information for future easy payments.  It’s secure and simple.

Credit Card on File

We also offer Credit Card on File.  When you sign up for Credit Card on File, you give us permission to automatically charge your card once a month for any balance due up to $100.  This is also known as an automatic payment plan.  If your balance due is less than $100, you will only be charged for the amount due.  If it’s more than $100, then the next month we will auto-charge your card again until the balance is paid in full.  Of course, if a different amount works better for you and your budget, then we are happy to work with you to make an arrangement that meets your needs.  Ask to sign up at your next visit.  For more information, please see our FAQ.

Financial Policy

EFP’s Financial Policy is designed to help you understand the billing and financial services that EFP offers, as well as your role in your medical billing and payment process.  Our billing department can answer any questions about charges or your balance.  If you have questions, please call the office at (607) 754-3863 and ask to speak to a member of the billing team or press option 7.
