Back to School Physicals
It is time for your child’s back to school physical. Please remember that even if your child has a physical exam performed at school, immunizations cannot be administered there. It is also important that your child’s health care provider sees them yearly to keep the most up to date records regarding their health status. Call the office to schedule this important exam.
