Your insurance may require you to pay some or all of the cost of your covid test.
Contact your insurance to find out if this applies to you.
Generally, if you have a copay, coinsurance, or unmet deductible, because the federal government has ended the public health emergency, insurance may now require you to pay something.
Please discuss the need for testing with the provider.
