Dear Patients and Families of Endwell Family Physicians,
We hope you all are in good health! We want to share an update about the Walk In Clinic at EFP. We hope it will help you continue to experience the same high quality and compassionate care at EFP, while making the process a bit easier.
Effective Monday, March 18, 2024, we will be transitioning back to seeing patients in the order you arrive at our Walk In. Our front desk will check you in when you get here. We will no longer be scheduling Walk In appointments online or over the phone. Our pre-scheduled appointment process served us well during the height of the pandemic to maintain social distancing recommendations and meet state guidance. Reverting to our original process will let us keep the schedule running smoothly and in order so that we can meet the needs of all of our patients.
Our Walk In hours are Monday – Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 2pm. Our busiest times tend to be mornings after we open, lunch times, and after school/work hours. Please expect longer wait times then.
As always, no matter when you come to receive your care at EFP you will always be our priority. We do encourage you to call EFP at (607) 754-3863 to see if an appointment with your primary care provider or another EFP provider is available before coming to the Walk In.
We know that changes can be challenging, so thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation as we make this update.
